Questions
Is my creation an official Battle Pencil?
No, and it is labelled as a fan concept everywhere it appears. Only pencils published by Battle Pencils are official.
What does the balance warning mean?
Real pencils are balanced to the same total power, so personality comes from how numbers are spread rather than how big they are. A design far above that total would simply beat everything, which is not interesting to play.
