Every Battle Pencil has a unique distribution of numbers across its three sets, giving each character its own “personality” — a distinct feel in battle shaped by its means, standard deviations, and extremes. Some run hot and swingy; others play calm and consistent; a rare few break the rules entirely.

Scribbull
Runs hot — above-average means against one or more symbols with higher-than-normal standard deviations. High risk, high reward.
Erasaurus
A hard-hitting brawler with big swings. Above-average means and high variance make every roll a gamble worth taking.
Giraffite
Steady and predictable — average means across all three symbols and lower-than-normal standard deviations. Reliable in a pinch.
Optimistic Prime
A collector's chase pencil that only ever rolls prime numbers. A one-of-a-kind personality for players who love a twist.
